Chelsea Pernici's abstract was chosen for one of only 4 oral presentations by graduate students for Industry Day 2017. Her talk was entitled "Murine model of traumatic brain injury for identification of treatments." Tim Doughty tied for second place in the graduate student poster category. Industry Day features presentations by researchers from LSU Health Sciences Center - Shreveport, Louisiana Tech University, and eminent scholars and biomedical entrepreneurs from around the United States.
